HFNOには、 >20L/minおよび>30L/minという二種類の定義があるようですが、どちらが正しいのでしょうか？

There are two slightly different definitions of HFNO in REMAP-CAP:
For the purposes of eligibility and defining what constitutes “organ support” HFNO is defined as >30L/min with a FiO2 of >0.4
For the purposes of daily data, HFNO is defined as >20L/min

The reason that the first is higher is because this is a threshold level at which we would consider HFNO support as being sufficient to be considered as an ‘organ support’.

So if I can try to put it simply, HFNO is defined as >20L/min, but it has to be at a higher level of support (>30L/min) in order to be considered organ support.

I know this is confusing, so please let me know if anything is unclear.
